“IGNITE ” from Orange Country (Southern California) have teamed up with Our Local Legends “FUZIGISH” for Sunday beach party ! Get ready we going to bounce !!
After more than 30 years as a band and tours spanning over 50 countries, California punk rock outfit IGNITE will finally make their long-awaited debut in South Africa this March.
Formed in Orange County, California, IGNITE have spent decades building a global following through socially conscious, emotionally charged melodic punk songs. The band has toured extensively around the world, sharing stages with bands like Rise Against, Pennywise, Avenged Sevenfold, The Offspring, Motorhead and earning a reputation as one of punk rock’s hardest working live acts.
IGNITE’s South African visit is a major milestone for the band, combining an appearance at Mieliepop Festival with a limited run of intimate club shows.
Guitarist Nik Hill commented on the upcoming tour:
“We’re as excited to play these shows as we are to see the country, meet the people, eat the food and finally experience South Africa.”
All dates on the tour will be supported by South African punk band Fuzigish, bringing together international and local punk scenes for a run of highly anticipated shows.
