My name is Cheri, and I’m a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator. I first discovered breathwork as a powerful tool to manage my own anxiety, and it quickly became a transformative practice in my life. Inspired by its impact, I dedicated myself to studying breathwork deeply. Today, I guide others in regulating their nervous systems, releasing stored trauma and limiting beliefs, and stepping into their authentic, empowered selves.
